Hi, I’m Brittany Wiley and I’m the founder of BAB, LLC.

I work with creative entrepreneurs and small business owners who want their finances to feel clear, supportive, and aligned with the future they’re building. I started BAB, LLC because I saw too many non-white and non-hetero founders doing incredible work while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or shut out of traditional financial spaces.

My path into bookkeeping isn’t traditional and that’s exactly the point.

I bring a systems-driven, detail-oriented mindset rooted in organization, accountability, and clear communication. My background outside of accounting allows me to meet clients where they are, explain financial information in a way that actually makes sense, and build processes that work in real life, not just on paper.

At BAB, I believe bookkeeping isn’t just about tracking numbers. it’s about creating stability, confidence, and room to grow. I approach every client relationship with honesty, strong work ethic, and care, helping you build a financial foundation that supports both your business and your values.
